“Ryan is always putting service to his patients before himself.“
“Ryan is one of the most dedicated employees to patient experience and satisfaction within our system. I have had the opportunity to work with him more directly over the last year and observe that he goes above and beyond to not only better the patient experience, but also provider and coworker experiences within his area of management. Ryan never hesitates to answer a call when he is needed and always is open to feedback and direction on ways to improve. If Ryan is going to be away on vacation, he makes sure that everything is taken care of while he is gone and does not want to leave anyone unprepared. In addition, he is just a great person that is respectful and always caring about others. Joint University has made great improvements since he came onboard there, and I only expect this to continue in the future!”
