Q: What is your philosophy of care and how does it always allow you to go above and beyond for patients?
A: My philosophy is to treat everyone with the same dignity, respect, and kindness that I would like to receive. We cannot know what circumstances led someone to be in their current situation, and I feel that it is paramount that every person, from a janitor to the CEO, should know that they are appreciated.
