Patti is always being the catalyst that keeps the project manager up to speed concerning all of the paperwork that keeps projects moving.

“Patti has stepped up to act as the hub of information for a current project. She’s the catalyst that keeps the project manager up to speed concerning all of the requisition paperwork that is keeping this project moving. She interacts daily with Finance, Purchasing, and ER staff to fill in all of the gaps of missing or confusing information.

 

Q: What do your daily activities include?
A: A small overview would be: handling all work orders along with multiple other tasks for the Plant Operations Department, handling time and attendance for EVS, and assisting Project Management with purchase requests along with many other jobs and tasks associated with helping Plant Operations run efficiently and smoothly.

Q: What do you love most about your job?
A: I love the people I work with and the team attitude that is part of our department.

Q: What made you want to work in healthcare?
A: I have been in healthcare in some form or fashion for over 20 years and have always loved helping make someone’s day better in any way that I can.

Q: Where did you go to school?
A: I attended high school south of Houston in League City, TX, and went to Cosmetology school when I graduated. I obtained my Cosmetology license but never used it because I got into healthcare instead.

Q: What do you like most about CHI St. Joseph Health?
A: I have enjoyed the family atmosphere.

Q: How would you describe your philosophy of care?
A: I strive to provide the highest quality of care to all of our patients and staff efficiently, effectively, compassionately, and with a smile.

Q: What do you like most about the community?
A: I love the small town feeling with the big town benefits.

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
A: Spending time with my husband, my kids, and our dogs.
